By accessing or using GrowthCopilot ("the Service"), operated by GrowthCopilot SAS ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
GrowthCopilot is an AI-powered B2B growth platform that helps professionals manage LinkedIn outreach and prospecting. The Service includes:
- AI-assisted message generation and auto-reply for LinkedIn conversations
- Prospect discovery and lead scraping from LinkedIn
- Automated and semi-automated comment generation on LinkedIn posts
- Campaign management for outreach sequences
- Analytics and performance tracking for your outreach efforts
- CRM-like features for managing contacts and conversations
The Service connects to LinkedIn through authorized third-party integrations. Features may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages that violate applicable laws
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or LinkedIn members
- Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Professional Community Policies
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
- Scrape or collect data beyond the scope permitted by the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties or operate multiple accounts
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating this Acceptable Use Policy. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate message suggestions, replies, comments, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
- You are solely responsible for all messages and comments sent through the Service, whether generated by AI or written manually
- AI models may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results — always review content in autonomous mode settings
- We continuously improve our AI models, which may result in changes to the style or quality of generated content
When using autonomous mode (auto-reply, auto-comment), you accept full responsibility for content sent automatically on your behalf. We strongly recommend starting with semi-automatic mode to review content before enabling full automation.
The Service operates on a subscription model with included credits:
- The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed on our pricing page (currently 9 EUR/month)
- Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits (currently 2,500 credits/month) used for AI-powered features
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Additional credits can be purchased as needed
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests should be sent to support@growthcopilot.io.
We take your privacy seriously. Our data handling practices are detailed in our dedicated documents:
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in these documents. You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data.
The Service connects to your LinkedIn account through Unipile, a third-party integration provider. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you acknowledge that:
- You authorize us to access your LinkedIn data (profile, connections, messages, posts) as necessary to provide the Service
- Unipile acts as a data processor on our behalf — their processing is covered by our DPA
- You remain bound by LinkedIn's Terms of Service and must use the Service in compliance with LinkedIn's policies
- We are not responsible for changes to LinkedIn's API, policies, or terms that may affect the Service
- You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time through Settings > Connection
We do not store your LinkedIn password. Authentication is handled through secure OAuth flows managed by our integration provider.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by GrowthCopilot SAS and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of all content you create or provide through the Service
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
- AI-generated content created through the Service belongs to you once sent or saved
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
- Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior written consent
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for actions taken by LinkedIn, including account restrictions, suspensions, or data access changes
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through Settings > Privacy & Data
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with prior notice, except in cases of serious or repeated violations
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We will retain your data for 90 days after termination for backup purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted
- Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will notify you via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect
- The updated "Last updated" date will be reflected at the top of this page
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account before the new Terms take effect
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
For users within the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
